    Replacement for a supra?

Is big power or a sporty driving feel more important? A feel like a FRS/BRZ/Toyota 86 would be a great choice if massive power isn't what you're looking for. Maybe a Corvette if you're looking for more power?

1JZ Idle Drops With AC on Then Stalls Out

On this page: Pin 11 on the AC amplifier marked as "TO TCCS ECU A/C" http://www.cygnusx1.net/Supra/Library/TEWD/MK3/manual.aspx?S=Main&P=143 When that pin goes to +5v - pin T7 on the above ECU should be put to ground. Presto - A/C idle-up!

1JZ Idle Drops With AC on Then Stalls Out

If you're still watching this thread - I did end up fixing this problem before I sold my car. I wired in a relay to switch the AC pin on the ECU to ground when that wire from the chassis sees +5v. Worked like a charm. (I can't remember exactly which one it was off the top of my head, but I'd...

    Where did everyone go?

So far, no regrets. It's a relief to not have a car that's *constantly* needing money and attention, for a driving experience that didn't really justify it (namely from a handling/autocross/etc. prospective). The S2000 is also pretty much the best car I've ever driven, and relatively...

    Where did everyone go?

I still poke around sometimes, but don't have much to add since I sold my Supra (on BaT no less!). I have gotten pretty deep into autocross, and drive an S2000 in "STR class" in the SCCA solo rulebook. Supras remain the only forum/group of owners that I've ever actually talked with and gotten...

What's the latest in suspension tech?

Here's a more up-to-date list of spring info. http://www.supramania.com/forums/threads/206450-Linear-Rate-Springs-Options?p=2026035&viewfull=1#post2026035 A better question is: what are your goals with the car? edit: I just re-read what your goals are. The best dampers by a large margin are...

I am! It's about in line with what I was expecting, and not having to deal with an assault of craigslist buffoons has been great.

I'll bump again. Why not. A local car group featured my car. http://www.minnesotacarenthusiastclub.org/theblog/2017/5/31/feature-emilio-rescignos-1991-toyota-supra-targa

    Where did everyone go?

I barely browse here anymore. Not much more information to garner, I guess. I finished my Supra (though I'm thinking of selling it soon), bought an S2000 that gets most of my attention, and most of the Supra people I talk to are local. I'm part of Supra FB groups, but never really view them...

Yearly bump? Ha! 1. Got new IC pipes in, and it's a lot better. 2. Still haven't put the 17x10s on the car. 3. A/C is re-wired and working great now! No more stalling. 4. Dyno'd the car. 271 horsepower to the wheels on a Mustang Dyno. Not too shabby! 5. My photobucket account is no longer...

That bend at the bottom is 100% normal. Every new condenser looks that way.

    3D Printed Supra Parts

I'm following this thread - and I'm curious if a wideband version of your voltmeter would be possible. Having AFRs displayed in exactly the same way could be really really cool! (And I'd totally buy one)

1JZ Idle Drops With AC on Then Stalls Out

I'm having the exact same problem, but I don't have any of my wiring/notes with me at work. I've been discussing it with toyotanos as well - I'll check back in here later today. :)

    Emilio's NewRedSupra

So uh, update. I managed to score a set of 17x10 5Zigen wheels locally that match the ones on the car. The 255/40R17s on 17x9s seem to fit up front fine, and the 10s can go on the rear. I will need a set of tires for them however, and selection of wide (greater than 255mm) 17" tires in the right...
