Well done Driftmotion & United States Postal Service, order these parts late Thursday night last week and they arrived today, bloody good quality products and considering I live in the UK, fantastic delivery. Highly recommended.
Found this on another site, still not 100% certain about buying one. The oil return hose seems to be squashed slightly on the bend, could get even worse once everything has warmed up.
Thanks for that Kckazdude, I read some post a few years ago about issues with a similar kits not fitting probably, hence the post. Agree with “more stuff than I can afford”, nice billet CPS cover.
That’s my motor 7M-GTE 1990 (UK model) I took that just as I was dropping the engine back in. I can confirm that’s your bog standard Toyota oil sender unit for a UK Supra. PS: The photo in the first posting #1
As jdub said “ did you chase the holes in the block” ? if the studs don’t screw in far enough you could run out of threads at the top. I knocked up a few drawings when I did mine, they may be of some use.

You can temporary bypass the relay by connecting a 20amp (approx) wire to the spade connector on the starter motor (this is the same place where the thin ignition wire connects to.) switch on the ignition and touch the other end of the wire on the positive battery terminal, the engine should...
I had the same problem after pulling my engine and re-fitting it, turned out to be the second cat knocking on the transmission tunnel. It’s a bit of a tight squeeze under there on the passenger side. (US model)
