Coilovers should give you more clearance than stock due to the smaller springs. Could run a spacer too

Steven is correct. You need the JZA70 brackets or buy some aftermarket ones like the ones BIC sells http://www.bicperformance.com/products.htm

Can you post pics of you mounts? Are these factory mounts or aftermarket? It sounds like you may not be using JZA70 mounts. Was you motor originally front sump? We need pics to help ya out

Went cruising with my friend and his EVO.

Your fronts will stick out 8mm less than my front and the rear will stick out 2mm less than my rear setup above. Your front setup will look much more flush with the fender than your rears will especially with 265's Also note that you will have less INNER clearance as well.
