Well I flipped tge bpv and you were right, im wondering if my check valve in my brake booster is bad, checked the iacv and its air tight, and works perfect

Well the piping would still be under pressure, and you can watch the boost gauge slowly go to 20in vac. The it will go to idle thats why I figured it was that

Update: only happens after hitting boost, is it possible if the bpv is reacting slow it could be pushing the pressurized air through the iacv into the intake?

I've checked it, seems to operate very freely with no restriction. I've smoke tested it for leaks but nothing.

Ok so I just got her running good today, after a new MAF and rewiring the O2 sensor correctly (the PO has a lot of stuff hard wired and didnt do the O2 sensor correctly). I went for a cruise down the interstate and a BMW wanted to run (naturally) so I couldn't resist.
