Double check your settings. Is your pump wired thru the stock wiring? What output in the emu settings is triggering the fuel pump? Do you have a fuel pressure gauge to check pressure? Also if you hold the throttle open 100% while cranking it shuts the injectors off.

Why would you flush the tank? I had no problem starting my car when it was one low 40s here in Texas.

From what I've heard the lobes on gsc cams are to wide and sit to far forward to fit in a 1jz head

I haven't had a problem with rotella. I ran vr1 in my 7m for years
