wait a minute, I thought my turbo was bad because my bov spits oil and the its oil in all the pipes, can this be caused by anything else than a bad turbo? With the turbo out i did some tests and no oil was coming out of it

If you are going metal you need both block and head surfaced or it will not seal. Else you can clean the block very well and surface the head and go with a hybrid gasket ala Cometic or tms witch have viton on each side and metal in the middle, that will help clearing any small inperfection the...
