From everything I've read and researched, I'd save up and get either Stance, Fortune Auto (rebuild able in North America) or BC coilovers (which I personally have and drive great and are also upgradable)

That's going to be an awesome setup. I've been looking for a T56 adapter option for the 7m for my build down the road. Much rather invest in a more modern tranny than rebuilding a 30 year old one

I had the same issue with my timing. Wish I would of contacted them like you did but I ended up skipping a tooth on the cam gear then dialing it in with my TMS adjustable cam gears. Worked like a charm

I have a driftmotion CT26 rebuilt kit kicking around some where. And I'm pretty sure I'm local to you (Maple Ridge).
BD Diesel Performance has a turbo shop in Abbotsford, they should be able to take care of it for you. Never taken a CT26 to them but I've heard nothing but good things about...
Subscribed. It's about time someone has put some effort into developing some cool upgraded replacement parts. Since lurking this forum I've seen the activity go from busy to straight lethargic.

Don't have any pictures but when I received the Genssi headlights at work and plugged them into my buddy's 78 camaro they were bright as fuck. Can't wait to get them in the supra
Just bit the bullet and bought a pair of the Black Genssi 7x6 LED. Once my car's out of the body shop and I've installed them, I'll post up some pictures.
They seem pretty reasonable for the price and if you look them up on YouTube they have a video showing how much light they produce and how...
Awesome thanks for the tips.
I'm going to try to keep the liners for now, down the road I can always roll the tabs all the way up and take the liner out.
Can't wait for the paint to be finished, I haven't driven her in almost 2 years.
My body guy is going to do it all. On the rear his plan is to cut the lip off then weld a bead across the inside so then it has virtually no lip. He was mentioning doing that to the front and that's when this whole liner ordeal came up because all the mounting tabs on the lip of the fender would...
I'm mainly worried about the top bolt mounting area at 12-1 o clock. Rolling the fender would eliminate or move that mounting spot upwards. Did you just roll it and not bolt the liner in that spot?
So I'm finally getting my 87 Turbo into the body shop to fix some body damage (car got stolen and was recovered in a ditch) and figured since insurance is paying for half the car to get painted, I may as well spend a little extra to get the whole car repainted.
Just ordered some wheels to go...
That's the same setup I'll be running, if I ever get my wheels :banghead: (been back ordered for 6 months). Should sit a full inch outwards front and back compared to stock offset. From my measurements it should fit pretty flush.
For tires I'm running 235/40R18 and 275/35R18 BFG Comp 2, this...

One of my buddies had a weird noise coming from the front of his BMW 3 series, we check EVERYTHING in his front end for play and found nothing. Figured we'd rotate the tires to see if it changed anything, turn out he had a big half inch bolt stuck in his tire lol

Was the car on jack stands or on the tires through out the 2 years? Could very well be a square tire from sitting in one spot. Try rotating it to the back and see if it changes the noise.
