ok guys, just came back from a drive today.. codes are as follows: 24,51,42
seems my new tps is still out of calibration.
as for 24, 42.. any tips on where to find the culprits?
have a metal on metal piercing type squeal coming from "sounds like" along the fuel rail/intake manifold area,
intake manifold, injector o-rings/grommets/throttle body gasket/iscv gasket have been replaced. the squeal sadly remains.
reacts to how cold it is as well. sometimes it is...
i miss me old ej coupe.
sorry guys.. infecting H virus here, just got a bit sentimental after seeing the OP's.
i doubt most supra owners that KNOW supras would straight trade for your honda regardless of how well kept she is. Which if i may say so myself looks darn well kept.
the reason...
^are you referring to getting them from the dealer? or essentially match up the connector for the injectors to one on a site such as the one posted above?
im increasingly disgruntled by em. as mine dont clip in properly and currently some just sit on the injector.
To avoid any future issues id like to replace em with new ones.
now am i forced to buying a used or new wiring harness if im to replace them, or is there a place that carries such...
when i tried to contact the dealer to obtain a replacement for the diaphram and the tiny ring i was informed i need to give them a vin to process the order as the parts are coming from california.
problem is i have a GE body with a GTE engine.. is there any way around this or my dealer...
*update*

line running from the compressor housing of the turb to the waste gate had melted and left an open hole for boost to escape..

for about 30 mins. A few spirited pushes of the pedal and all of a sudden i...
^odd, mine sticks around.. in cold weather it screams, in the warmer weather we've had it initially is barely audible.. then as i drive it, it gets louder.. i will video tape this tomorrow..
Did you end up figuring this out? i had the same symptomatic reaction, however i was told it could be a vacuum leak.. did you ever try to listen to where the sound is coming from?
mine seems to be on the intake mani side closer the the ISCV area, or that's basically where it seems the loudest.
