Is the ignition timing verified with a timing light at idle?

It seems common a lot of shops will tell you to bring a car by, but not do any work for a while. I'm very interested in seeing how fast they work and get things done, and the quality of services provided. Reputation is everything, of course.

The 4.10 in the MK2 and dog transmission seems just about perfect for 4th gear, the RPM, and the 1/4 mile. The last dyno verified speed I did at 8,800RPM in 4th, was 156mph. I didn't have a tire for it, so I calculated the 5th gear speed to 208MPH at 8,800RPM. I'll never go there. :)

Evans is pretty much straight antifreeze. It's got a very high boiling point, just like antifreeze.

I'd double check the TPS wiring. Continuity meter, check each of the TPS wires to make sure they are wired right. Sounds like overkill, right? When I ran out of ideas on my "Dr.Tweak" harness, I found out two of the TPS wires were backwards, and he didn't even put a ground wire in for the...
