When i first started trying to envision a mk3 with fender mirrors, i was thinking chrome/polished mirrors like the 2000gt mounted in the same type of position but more angular mirrors to compliment the body lines of the mk3. I think they could look good if done right.

Is it true that japanese manufacturers could only use fender mirrors on non-export models up to some point in time because of a law? i dont quite understand why they would make a law like that, and then change it later.

did you check the bulbs? maybe they blew.

i dont have the time or money to do anything to my car currently. wasnt planning on doing this, just drove by a celica with them today and it looked different, i was wondering if it had been done to a supra before.

Im just curious if this has ever been done on an a70, i'd read that it was an option on jdm models but cant find any pictures, ive seen them on 1st gen celicas, 2nd gen supras (i believe), all the rx-7s, alot of datsuns and 300ZXs, but never on a mk3. Would it look any good?

The squeaking did end up being the clutch fulcrum, just needed to be lubricated like poodles said, was an easy fix, hardest part was getting on the cold ground...

yes its a squeak, but i didnt do my clutch, it was during the summer and i had a toyota dealer do it as i didnt have access to the tool's i would need. It started after i had a leaky clutch master cylinder repaired at the same dealer, but not at first, and it got progressivly worse once it...

Everytime i use my clutch pedal, right when i can first feel the clutch engage and right before it disengages, theres a loud squeaking but its not steady, and it happens at the same point whether i am engaging or disengaging the pedal. I just had my clutch replaced last summer and my clutch...

Im new to the forums, i own a 1990 mk3 na 5-speed that i have some big plans for but am just fixin some problems as of yet. I believe the color is "Ice Blue Pearl", ill post some pics when i get some.
