Turns out to be the turbo, wayyyyyy too much shaft play. I called Performance Techniques and they said they have to look at it to make sure it wasn't an error on my part. Its been almost exactly 6 months (their warranty limit), but I haven't even driven the car more then 300 miles, or boosted...

Forgot to mention, pulled the plugs and they were pretty clean, not oily. And I'm in Vallejo, north/east of Oakland. Also, its kinda of random, doesn't happen every time I stop, which is kind of confusing.

Update: Been messing around with stuff some. Took every exhaust component off, manifold-turbo-DP, no signs of leaks on the gaskets (black soot). Re-sealed with Hi-temp silicone + gaskets. Replaced a couple of hoses: IAC, and PCV to accoridan tube (small cracks near ends) Changed FP...
