A buddy of mine gave me his EGR block off plates but when I went to put the one on the side on it was just a bit too short.. by like 2-3mm. Is there a difference in size between a ge and gte? didn't think these was but couldn't find much online...

I tried searching but seems like its not finding anything... any supramania member/dealer have this for sale. I put in a jdm motor that only came with the rear block off plate and not the one on the side where the EGR goes. So I started the car after the swap and forgot to cover it with a EGR...

So I fnished putting back my GE after replacing the head gasket... The car was sitting for atleast 6 months... Anyways... so I'm driving it around the block for a few minutes... and I see a little bit of smoke coming out of the shifter area... I pull over in my house the exhaust manifold is red...

:1zhelp:searched to no avail.. I stripped 1 of the 14 headbolts.. they are stock head bolts with the 10mm allen key socket..not sure what to do...trying to change my hg and pretty much stuck here... The allen hole on the head bolt is stripped.. what to do to get it out?? thanks :1zhelp:

so i swapped my ge for another ge "jdm" and then the auto tranny for a r-154all ine one shot. i did the swap myself but i let some mechanics do the electrical. so i finally got it back... everything seems fine except for a couple things.. the mechanic said its running a little rich and...

So my 1991 n/a has been in the shop for i'd say about 2 month... maybe even 2 in a half..i swapped the motor for another ge and swapped the auto for a r-154 myself..i did most of the mechanical work... and left a shop to do the most of the electrical cuz i was stuck. and also a couple things...

When I was taking my engine out...I had a buddy of mine d/c the cpu and pull the harness while I was doing the engine work. When I went to put it back on, there was a leftover plug.. and it's only long enough to fit in the dash. want to be sure what to do with it before i put the glove box...

The release fork should be tapped towards the front...the pp slides a bit foward but doesnt come out... just gets stuck..what am i missing??
