Tein or Tockicos
for DD go with Tokico blues and Eibach pro kits, it lowers our cars 1.2in all the way around and gives an aggressive stance.- Supra NA-T

What MK IV parts fit the MK III?
not too much, they are totally different platforms, but wheels, and all the fuses, plugs, switches as mentioned above, but sc300 and MKIV parts are interchangable- Supra NA-T
