Aside from the fabric covered guides which are mounted to the door frame there are a couple adjustments you can make on the window itself. The window stops and another bracket toward the front corner of the window control the forward and backward angle of the window.

I would find out VERY fast what kind of coverage she has. Most packages don't cover that level of damage and it ends up becoming a civil matter. If she hasn't got enough coverage, get a lawyer from the start. DAMN THAT SUX!!!!!!

How so? Sure it won't flow at all while it's wet, but once it's dry it should be fine. I could imagine the flow getting bad if you went and threw it in your clothes dryer afterward, lint and the fuz effect.
