I can't recall for sure off the top of my head. I *think* it was around 2.6 qts. If you fill via the fill hole just fill it to the lip and you're good.
EDIT: 2.5 Qts. http://www.cygnusx1.net/Supra/Library/TSRM/MK3/manual.aspx?Section=MT&Page=2
I use redline in mine. I'm running 170K on mine and haven't had an issue.... except for getting that evil fill plug out. Also, make sure you fill with the proper amount if you end up filling through the shifter hole, the W58 requires alot less than a R154.
There was a thread on this on SF... In the end I believe the cost was ridiculous for the benefit it offered. I'm sure if more than one kit is being made it'll be cheaper, but I doubt it'd be cheap enough for most of us to consider it. Sorry, but I don't remember how much it did cost... I'm...
Just for the record (I know this is an old thread), these seem harder to get in in the W58... smaller diameter? I just lightly sanded the edges on mine and it went in with minimal effort and has zero play.
Nah bro, it's all good. I was just making a point. Nothing more. :icon_bigg
Everything listed in this thread is a viable product. Whether or not you or I would personally buy it doesn't mean that no one else here would. We're just here trying to help a peer establish a viable business.
It all depends on the individual. Everyone wants something and there's always a hurdle or two between them getting it.
Headlight covers? I'd never buy them... they're completely pointless without a fair amount of cutting (forward support member) and the amount of air they're capable of...
Given that the ACIS is vacuum actuated I'm sure you could either rebuild the VSV that controls the ACIS valving with softer springs OR put a small vacuum booster on the line to it.
I'd be down for the turbo lines, rad hard pipes, DS hardware and probably the bare exhaust and oil filter relocation kit and cooler.
There might be one or two more things I'd be interested in, but generally, I'm not interested in most of what else has been suggested. However, I do have a good...
I guess you missed my post prior.... I listed plenty of universal stuff and Ideal said that he was looking in here for more specific stuff. A couple kits for the dozens of NA members who're going N/A-T wouldn't hurt and it's specific. That's all. Yes, I agree, he'll see alot more of the...
How about a stripped 2.5" catback? No muffler and no resonator, Just mandrel bent pipes with flange for the cat and exhaust hangers already welded in place.
You might find some interest in products catered to the N/A-T crowd.
1) Oil cooler kits
2) Turbo oil and coolant hose kits (perhaps...
What s383mmber1 is saying here is very sound. Focus on the universal products.... at least for now. Until you have the capital to invest in application specific hardware.
My recommendations would be:
1) smoked and clear timing covers (hell how about just a smoked top cover?)
2) inexpensive...
Apexi filter adapter! Please! :1zhelp: :icon_conf
j/k, I'll just have to get one built locally. :icon_bigg
EDIT: You guys realize how difficult it'd be to build a FFI that didn't result in a loss of power? Especially, with the added loss of the ACIS system? Ensuring even...
The one you're probably thinking of is in the EPC.
I don't know if anything changed with year, so below are both pre89 and 89+
Pre89 - http://www.cygnusx1.net/Supra/Library/EPC/291410/catalog.aspx?Figure=1708&Page=3
89+ -...
Moulding = trim (exterior)
The seal is beneath the glass. See #04562 here
If that seal is leaking, the location of the effects depend on where it's leaking. If the top's leaking, you'll usually notice water on the inside of the windshield or if driving in wet conditions it may show up as...
