It can be done very cheap if you do the work. Is a lot of work and I don't recommend you do it by yourself. Thanks for the comments by the way. EDIT: I forgot to add that I also got mugflaps for the rear bumper because the old ones weren't perfect.

Like looked like an emission's test. They do them around where your car is on a dyno but they don't push the car to measure HP, is just to check emissions at low speed.
