Do you need to run the vacuum hose? I got to this step and realized I dont have any extra, will the timer still function or does it calculate the cooldown time based off the readings from the vacuum.

yeh this shit is pissing me off i havent boosted in days, i have yet to do the smoke test, i think a weak point might be on the actual vaccuum adapter thingy that comes off the HKS bov and into the vacuum line not being tight enough even with the lil zip tie

oh thats what the zip ties were for? :P it seems like the silicon hose is gonna slip off the BOV nipple so you guys are saying zip ties are the way to go?

yeah thats actually what i did and i bought the same kit and from the top view like that it looks like i've already replaced all the same ones you've replaced but that jus was jus one gauge of hose i still have a wholeee bunch left and the big gauge i havent even used yet
