^ You need to switch the hose that comes from the radiator around(to the other side of the coolant tank) and have the other hose just vented into the air. I will look for a picture of how its ment to be.

I would recheck the connections to the coils(spark plug wires and the four wires that go to the engine wiring harness from the coils), and the Cps. Also you can test the resistance in the coils with a Digital Multi Meter to see if their good or not and I think maybe you should replace the plugs...

Try what johnathan said;). Also maybe if its not your fuses then check the wiring behind the cigarette lighter, it may be loose. EDIT: Its on the driverside kick panel and should be the labeled cig.
