    7MGTE w/ BHG - Value?

I paid $990.00(shipped) for a 7mGTE motor with 31,000 miles but even though it had a BHG:(, everything looked like new, ran strong, and was very clean:). I would say though if you sell everything together you can get $400 O.B.O. but if you sell items off of the motor you can make much more...

    Fan shrouds by year?

The mounting tabs are the same so yes it will work and you can get the 89 -92 a/c fans to match but the 86.5-88 a/c fan is fine as well. I have seen and had both types of fan shrouds and what do you mean by "I have the plastic fan running off that small belt"?

ARP head bolts/ Studs what's the difference?

^ Their is threads on both sides. One threaded side goes into the engine block and the other side has a nut and washer you put on after the head is on. Then torque it down.

What's a good setup I can have without having to add an amp?

The OEM rear speakers will put out some pretty good bass. I upgraded them and they sound very very clean and clear. Even the rear view mirror shakes very very little;). Depending on if you want a OEM radio or a aftermarket radio you can try to get a OEM radio from a 94-99 Toyota with a OEM...
