Ferrari... Vroooom! XD
I got my 2jz from Caanaada, for 2600 with shipping.
As they said, depends on condition and what the next guy is willing to pay.
I'd find references to go on and go from there.

I remember when he did that, my favorite part was the "JET FIGHTER SWITCH" he installed.
The key is still in the picture though, for this to work, the key can't be in the plan.

My work computers acting stupid, so I can't edit it like I'd like too, but on the top left corner, is the abs module.
If you have it, then yes.
Christopher
Very true and a valid point, one could say it is excessive to say the least. However, one could ask why you would want to swap engines to a 2jz or a V8? you could view that as excessive as well. There's no limit to the creativity one can put in your car (other than the obvious cash issue) If the...
Damn, 500 for the basic of basic of their lineup. still somewhat steep for the simplicity of the mod.
If it won't get me one step closer to 12's its not on my list.(or will it >.>) XD
Just had to come in and kill our whole button theory didn't ya. maby they can make the sensor round instead...
The door handle has a sensor on it, and when you touch/lift it, and your transponder is within range, it unlocks the door, allowing you to open it. (At least those are what I've seen.)
So that solves the first no key issue. Then you could use either the 4 # keypad then press the nifty button...
I've thrown around the idea a couple of times, but haven't come up with anything I liked, especially for the price I would pay.
If I did do something, There wouldn't be anything involving turning of a key. that's redundant.
Someone had this idea from another forum that I thought about, but in...
I have the same problem as well, It's pretty low on the to do list at the moment though.
I go to this site, http://www.toyotaparts123.com/partlocator/index.cfm?siteid=215450
for a lot of my needs. They give you the listing price and theirs. usually for a lot less.
A friend here showed me the...
I have a love for Greek mythology that is beyond imagination. ^_^

I paid 3200 for mine then sold what I could from it to help pay for meh swap.
I love the truck, a co-worker used to work for fedEx, the next time I see him, I'll see if that was his:biglaugh:
Christopher
It's obvious he doesn't want your opinions, he has his "mechanics" diagnosis. He had his answer before he asked you all, he just got angry when you didn't answer with what he expected from you guys.

You could rent one for a day for about 30, or the week for under a 100 easy.
I think I've seen them to buy for around 200-250 with Levelers.
It's worth it.
Christopher
So, around 250?
That would leave around 2k to go with. not bad. even better if you can get more though. I wish you good luck though. When I wrecked my honda a couple years back, I found out years later they screwed something up when fixing it.I got my insurance company to pay for the costs, but...
I have a Godspeed radiator on my 2jz setup and it runs well. I'm using one single 16' electric fan though, not two 12's. The difference between two 12's and one 16' was very close, but I found a better deal for the 16'.
