as far as I know, the hondur crowd does it all the time, getting it BAR'd should be too hard as long as you have all the stock emissions on it and pass smog, but i'm no expert, check out bayarearacing.com they seem to know alot about this stuff

i'm pretty sure all aftermarket fuel rails are top feed and the HKS for sure is top feed only because I was thinking the same thing awhile back EDIT: Also I recommend the TTC Performance fuel rail, it's only $200 and looks great, comes polished already and you have -8AN feeds on both sides
