I wouldnt, I use my local federal credit union. Its money market is just below paypal interest but I feel much safer with the bank. I can go to any branch if I have a problem. Where do you go when you have a problem with paypal? Call some guy in india named bob smith surprisingly.

I keep a money market account open, you can pull/add money as you see fit. The rates go up the more money in the account. Its not the best return on cash but it is free money with no commitment. 400 bucks a month for 10grand sounds like Alot to me or did I missread lol.

The extreme lifts are show cars though, just like extreme drop lowriders. They arent driving the extreme lifts on the freeway? I dont see how those cars are more dangerous than an old ford pickup lifted 4' into the air with 40" tires? Seems like a slippery slope to judge people on this kinda...

Im not sure if you can get a budget planned for maintenance on a 20 year old car that you dont know the history of. Maybe after youve had it a few years and got to know the car pretty well could you expect to know what to spend. You might try to expect that oil changes will come every 3k miles...
