Just bolt an intercooler in the front and dont plumb it in. Refuse to open the hood and all the kids on the street will think the most of it.

    ARP head studs.

You can rotate the cams to let the socket/extension down in there. If I remember, the cams have flat spots in key areas for this reason. Once they are lined up just right the socket went right in for me, if it wasnt lined up it didnt seem like it would work....

    short through shifter

Modding a stock shifter isnt the same as a real short shifter I thought? You can lower the knob on a stock shifter but thats not the point of a short throw shifter. You want a shorter throw but keeping the knob high up. To make it a shorter throw and keep the height you have to change the...

I want a torque monster, forget about hp I want 350-400ft lbs of torque. I want super low with great handing bare metal loud machine on the street. It has to stop on a dime, vibrate and make sounds that scares any one in the passenger seat. I want it so ugly anyone who sees it wont think to...

    R154 storage?

Its in my garage and being in Arizona in the summer moisture shouldnt be a problem. I was worried about the seals drying out and the syncros sitting dry without fluid in it.

    R154 storage?

Im gathering parts for my r154 swap and need to store the trans for a while. Is there anything I should do? I taped up the hose opening and tail shaft opening to keep anything from crawling in. The shifter is bolted in place on it now so nothing should get in that way I think. Should I fill...

    Alternator ground question

Ah right, battery stud it is then. So, if the resistance is high (.4xx) then its got to be a problem with the wiring or what else is in between?

    Alternator ground question

Im trying to sort out some electrical problems that I wont go into here, just focusing on the alternator ground. With the car off, alternator out and battery unplugged; Using my multimeter set to continuity, I touch the ground plug at the Alt. and any ground (negative bat cable, ground...

Do you guys feel weird when...

Exactly what I was thinking. What annoys me, everytime I go to the jeep dealer for cherokee parts they always assume I have a grand cherokee. I always say 'jeep cherokee', honestly how many grand owners would be buying parts rather than bringing it in for service ; p Ive learned now, I just...

    Adding a 240v outlet(garage)

Im not in a spot to cannibalize my only standard outlet in the garage though lol. My only option is to wire a new outlet. The house is new, less than 5 years old. Guess Ill jut give a shop a call and see what they have to say.

    Adding a 240v outlet(garage)

It is 240v not 220v for sure, Im not sure on the amps required. I dont want any issues like, I cant run my dryer with the compressor on or risk a fire lol. In the garage I have 1 outlet for my freezer which is Im guessing 220 and a standard 2outlet. Laundry room right next to the garage has the...

    Adding a 240v outlet(garage)

The garage is finished(drywalls ceiling etc.), there is crawl space above it. The box is on an outside garage wall. As for position of the outlet, whatever is easiest/cheapest ha. Ya, calling will get me the price, just thought if anyone has done it I could get a ruff idea first.
