500 ft./lbs. was required on a driveshaft flange on a CH-53D-the helicopter I work on. (pictured below) These planes were ours at the time of the picture. There is a 90% (or so) chance that I was flying on one of them in the picture.

As my sig states, my Supra is a 91 and I got the HPF IC to fit. I didn't remove or relocate the PS cooler or remove the front bumper cover-as it says to do in the instructions. It took some work-a little bending and rubber-malloting, but I made it work. I did have to move the stock oil cooler...

In short, you can make more power with the MAFT. I would still recommend 550s (or bigger), though. More air calls for more fuel. Ditch the FCD-they're junk.
