Very nice! :)
Only suggestion I can make is if you can get some tube that fits over the boost gauge cut it on an angle so it tilts the gauge up and to the right so it's a little easier to scan while driving! (Things are gonna happen FAST in this thing!)
I could be very wrong here but stamping the deck is insane!
Something I've never heard of before........
If the surfaces are both flat yes you can clean them and reuse the MHG.
(A lot of the guys are using Permatex brake quiet sprayed onto the gasket as a sealer, the gasket when new has...
Bearing codes are stamped into the pan rail.
I haven't come across the exact measurement between the deck and the main bearing saddle but that would be the only accurate way of knowing.
Yes a MHG will require surfacing of both the head and the deck.
What are the 2 threads Grim?
All of the 7M's I've had through here have been 1/8 bsp in each of the 3 pressure ports.

Lesson learnt from that was always use a good hold down or a battery box!
At least it can be turned off :)!
My Datto had lots of overlap on the Cam and short 4" sidepipes so did the flame show every gear change was fun for awhile but real hard to be inconspicuous if there were "Officers" about!
Really looking forward to a vid of your Car FW!

Not sure where full boost was hitting but going by what the dyno operator was saying it was a bitch to keep out of boost! (I didn't get to drive it tuned)
