    Daemon: Sounds like you have the "Pre IJ PWR" rad :( (I helped redesign it) If you look at the Turbo side Shroud mount you'll see it kicks the shroud out on an angle and the lower shroud mounts are missing. Not sure if this contributes but it could very well be the cause. Just dug...

    Chris: Well done! I agree it's a HORRIBLE job but Ronnies kit will give you great service. One thing I did do based on past experience is to use Moly Grease in the bushes to prevent squeaks, 4 years on it's still nice and quiet :)

    Would have been nice if the OP had posted more information at the start of the thread..... Stupid Cletus PCV mods without an understanding of how the system works will cause this issue, big danger is for this to be happening the rings have to flutter badly and will mark up the cylinders and...

    My "guess" broken engine mount or Fan clutch. I run the same combination and it's no where near the Rad.
