ok so it wasnt a bhg o.0 it was the strut bar that was too tight and when i was accelerating it pressed on the hose on top and caused coolant to shoot out and fall into the spark plugs. dried out the spark plugs and everything is ok did a compression test and everything has been ok no loss in...

the head was rebuilt when the headgasket was replaced it was machined as well i dont understand why it blew, i suspect my mechanic re used the stock headbolts instead of buying arp's :/

fuhhhhh the head is leaking coolant...again -.- was driving then it started to run rough popped the hood coolant in the spark plug valley. Going to pull the head tommorow....fml
