That makes sense. But if its a catback is there any difference between the catalytic converter exit on the turbo or the N/A?

When an exhaust is marked as turbo or turbo only, whats the difference? I have been looking at the Tanabe Hyper medallion setup but its noted as turbo. Since my car is N/A, does that mean my exhaust cant be awesome? Help is Appriciated Kyle
