SHHH!
Well damn... I wanted t give it to joo.

Im stoked to drive her again!
<3 Jenny :P
I am sure there is a market for it.. I dont think having a caged car is a great thing on the street. Ive been in plenty of them. Being 6'8" tall i hit my head on the cage quite a bit.
Just my 2 psi (LOL)
Okay to my conclusion with the help of chriso...
A 1990 guage cluster circuitry is different than a 1987 circuitry... Airbags..... That stuff.
I am going to get my guages (1990) and swap them into a 2nd (1987) cluster with circuitry. Hopefully that will work out for me!
Just to finalize this...
Its a 1990 guage cluster. With a 1987 style voltmeter. Yall are smart =]
I believe th circuitry for a 1990 guage cluster will not comply with my 1987 circuitry so Im gonna swap the guages into an 87 housing... Should be fun and involve lots of swearing!
Yay! Jenny and Troy brought me a hamburger from fudruckers becasue i all emo now that my guages arnt working... I think I figured out whats wrong tho!
She loves brake pedals tho
As of now Im gonna put my 87 guages back in.. Not gonna cover em up with the plastic cause I put the nice platic on my 90 guages that are gonna need to be fiddled with...
What is the probability the circuit paper is FUBAR? How easy/hard would it be to swap em?
Disconnect the cruise control cable to the throttle linkage. Remove all accompanying wires and plugs. Remove the vac hose. Unbolt
You want to remove it all together. Plug the vac hose. Silicone and a screw works well ;)
Gah nevermind. I checked the resistance between the solder points by the voltmeter and it gave me 5** ohms.... Im stumped. If chriso comes over im sure he can get it
I think you hit it on the head Pi man.
Checking now... I need solder.... I did have to lift thoes 2 solder points up to remove boost guage and insert voltmeter....
Right now thats what im thinking... Bad circuit strips. im going to put my 87 back together right now... Ill give this 90 another shot later. as soon as i get more information.
