Yea I took that off, i inspected it, it looked fine, put it back on. I might just double check that the clamps are on tight enough. Ugh its so close to running better... SO. CLOSE.

reset the ecu, it got *better* but still isn't fixed. I looked at and spun the impeller, it looked good and spun smoothly.

took off the BOV, its in fine working order, but i lubed it up anyway. I double checked ALL the couplings, and found a small tear in one, replaced the couplings, and the turbo now boosts. But... It still doesn't act as before, its very sluggish when building pressure. It doesn't throw me...

assuming it is the BOV (which at this point it must be...) How do I fix it? Do I need to diassemble the whole thing and lub each part? Just spray some WD40 in it?

I checked the softpipe last night, it was in great condition. Checked all the hard pipes, they're all tight. I unbolted the actuator from the turbo, it was sticking a little bit when i moved it back and forth, so I sprayed some WD40 on the wastegate side, that allowed it to move more freely...

yea its hardpipes, except coming out of the turbo, thats a hose, drops down a foot and a half or so, then mates up with hardpipes to the intercooler and the rest of the intake. Someone on SF suggested to check the wastegate actuator. I checked the hose coming out of it, that was fine, what...

ugh, all piping is connected, everything looks fine, but its still not acting right. I can hear the turbo spooling, but nothing happens- def a boost leak. Anything else I should look for?

ok, just checked hoses from the BOV, its connected. the coupler from the 3000pipe to the TB is secured. The BOV seal looks good, nothing looks out of the ordinary. Oh, and fyi, its not the stock intercooler setup. its the HPF (turbo -> intercooler -> greddy BOV -> TB)

yea, it boosts to about 2-3psi, then bogs the fuck down... I just checked all tubing... took most of em apart, checked clamps, hoses, pipes... ugh. I'll check around the BOV some more.
