I run the SPT's as well, and they don't last that long get the ASX's, as they will last longer, are a good all-season tire (about as good as the SPT's) and still stick pretty well.

I doubt he can feel the air coming out of the intake after boosting... it's the sound, don't worry about it...

I've said it a million times... Toyota would have used the same cams in both engines because it was cheaper for them to make one style. Now think, why would they use a different cam?

MHG is a MHG for the most part... cometic just happens to be the cheapest usually...

the best MLS headgaskets have built in O-rings... Copper has issues sealing the cooling jackets properly, and are designed for race cars that are torn down often. I don't know of ANY car maker that uses one from the factory, while MLS or the typical composite style are everywhere...

ganador They aren't power folding, but they do fold, and you lose the heaters in the mirrors (or so I've been told). The rest works plug and play and they come unpainted or in carbon fiber. It's cheaper to buy new mirrors from the dealer though, not to mention they are supposed to come...

The lexus/550 mod was made to allow you to run higher boost WITHOUT tuning. With tuning (first you need to have the ability with piggybacks or standalone + AFPR), anything can be made to work.

hmmm... so if there was an air leak into the cat with the car running rich it would meltdown? it had a probe that went into it, and it didn't seal very well (82' toyota hilux)

Metal core cats are supposed to withstand higher temps and more vibration than ceramic. That's the claims anyway. I've personally seen an aftermarket ceramic cat melt down and block the exhaust to the point of flowing out the gasket at the flange before the cat. The truck did run pretty...
