My understanding is that you're supposed to link the turbo coolant feed to the return if you delete turbo cooling. I believe that Driftmotion sells the appropriate kit.

I would put it back in, since it's job is to reduce pulsation. But it does sound like there's another problem.

Have you done a compression test? I can't see why you'd be spraying out of the cps seal with normal blowby.
