That is one very clean front bumper, it should have been that way from the factory, it just looks so right. And I love the spoiler sides along with everyone else. Great job.
I know it's not easy...but I'm thinking about giving it a go... I got a good imagination, welding skills and the pic of yours is a HUGE inspirer and gives me ideas:naughty: ... I'll be starting monday on one that will bolt on in place of the targa. Hopefully I don't get discouraged and mine...
My friend called me the other day saying "I'm looking at a magazine with a MKIII Supra on it... are you the one who told me about that? should I buy it?"
Needless to say I snagged that magazine from him the next day:icon_bigg
Let us know when the vid is hosted online, Your car's sick...
My 2000 Chrysler 300 had the microchip and it was about that price for replacements, but they at least had the Chrysler emblem in them. Ford sucks:icon_neut
I'm 18 and know better than to just think I can achieve supercardome(500+hp) by just bolting on parts. I set my goals realistically and gradually mod. I'll crave more power...and slowly work up to that power the safe way. I hope to have 350-400hp eventually and be running 12's before going crazy...
On a good note: I just got home and the package with my cheap-o intake from Deluboz was sitting on the table, Pretty fast shipping and I can't complain for the price:icon_bigg
I've heard of people running over 500 on stock internals, Reign Maker had a thread about cryoing stock rods or going aftermarket. alot of information was discussed about the stock rods and most people agreed they are good up to 600hp, I believe he has forged pistons also though.
hope no-one...
Ouch those are expensive too, his username *MK3troubles* isn;t very reassuring either.
This thread is depressing as I'm buying many parts in the next few weeks online.:dunno: I guess I'll just be extra careful.
That's like me racing a chevy llumina and putting a few car lengths on it and then calling an early Viper a silly domestic boat... some people just aren't as intelligent I guess:nuts:
Once you go GTE you could cut the license plate piece out...allowing for more air for an aftermarket IC...If done right this can look good, almost factory. But if it looks even alittle hacked it wont look that great.
You could also get a Turbo A duct, or replica, same theory, allows air...
NOOOO I just bought an intake from him on ebay last night...I used paypal though. "Deluboz" was his name...he sent me a tracking number and everything though. Did you ever get ahold of him? get your money back?
Not much of a story here...
I'm from Massachusetts...you can guess the rest
On everything else my name was "K_Grind_05" for the longest time... I forget what the K was...but it led me to think of Kgrind, because I used to skateboard and that was another term for crooked grind, and when I was...
Did it come with a harness?
Or just loose wires and you get to do all the fun wiring?
I got a Greddy, with harness...just plugs right into the ignition wires under your steering column. without the harness you have to splice into those wires (Read-Not fun)
1: Theyre idiots...so are you're grilles molded in there now?
2: fast blinkers are usually caused if you have a bulb out/unplugged/missing. Your car sends voltage to power a certain number of lights...if your rear blinker is out, all the power will go to the front one and will be double...
