You've increased the size of the back calipers more than the front (at least that's what it sounds like). If they are all the same brake setup, the back WILL lock first as the weight is unloaded on the rear tires when you brake. Nothing to do with the handbrake...

Nope, that lip with the vents was on the TTR. The crash bar is specific to the Turbo-A as well. Also, the oil cooler was behind the duct and I think the intercooler was larger.
