I run .029 and its smooth as butter, right around .030 should be good

19x10 and 19x8 is the biggest I've seen. Don't know why you'd want to do it though, It limits the tires you're able to use, which are much more expensive, gotta get the right offsets and fender modification, and it didnt look that good either.
