I pretty sure I have the 8" version (not the nitrous bottle version though) in my hatch and am able to get my roof in there as well - I'll have to go measure it again. I remember back in the day someone had two of them along the back edge of the hatch and the roof fit over both of them.

True... but there are some really great reasons NOT to have it the same week as SEMA. Room Rates are through the roof because they know they can sell the rooms to conventioneers. Also, everything is SLAMMED because everyone is there for SEMA.

I don't see them fixing this problem any time soon. We just need to all come together as a community and not rely on SF. Apparently SF doesn't care about new members as they have enough trolls already.
