It is a custom job. Some people use fog and driving lights (BAD). Others are actually using legal headlights (hella 90mm). Custom mount, custom wiring, custom work to the motors to make them only go up part way. I've been working on mine bit by bit since 2000.

From what I understand these keychains are actually molded - not cut. That would explain the "mold" fee.

They have the graphic but they would have to make a new custom mold for a larger piece. The reason we got the price this low for the keychains was because we purchased in volume. The cost of the mold is spread out over the entire order.

You guys might be better off finding someone with a nice CNC Machine to have these made that way. Doing a one-off from this company would not be cost effective. I was able to get the price down on these keychains buy purchasing in a quantity of more than 100. Let me make a few phone calls...
