Yes I did. And do some research on stopping distances, reaction times, and fatal accidents between the two speeds. You might learn something. You can get in an accident at any speed, but the higher the speed, the higher the risk, and the deadlier the outcome. That's a pretty well known fact.

All 65 freeway zones around here are fenced in, usually with guardrails. The only way a pedestrian would be on them is if they got out of their car while on the highway.
