The Bomex is a bit chewed up - not quite in multiple pieces but close (I clipped a lip in the driveway). It could be repaired. I'll dig up some pics if people are serious.
The covers under the fog lights are not part of the main undercover. You won't have any trouble "blowing" those off as long as you have them secured properly.

I agree. If you must have keyless entry then your best option today is to get an aftermarket alarm.
All of the TDSE kits are gone. You might still be able to find one on Ebay or something but it is a very rare item to find these days - like finding an HKS TEMS controller.
