You should be able to test by pulling the connector off the sensor and using a wire to ground the connector against the body or the neg terminal on the battery. Doing this should make the fan run ;)

Kinda answered your own question...a single piece downpipe is more difficult to install, but not to the point you can't do it. A 2 piece (3" Lipp elbow & downpipe) is easier, but you still have to tighten the elbow to DP bolts from the bottom. Not a huge difference in flow IMO...a DDP is the...

Like I said, those wires include grounds for the ECU...that will stop the motor dead. Look down by your starter...hopefully you didn't hook them up TO the starter (that's been done before). Depends of where the CPS is off...the motor will usually run (like crap) at 180 deg off. Not sure of...

The coil ground is not required for operation...it's a field ground. You want it there, but it will not prevent the coils from firing. The grounds for the ECU are on the lower intake manifold, just below where it bolts up to the upper at the #5 runner. 3 wires...mine are 1 brown w/ blue...

Ignitor and CPS plugged in? Check that the ground wires are attached to the upper intake manifold. The ECU plugs can be mixed up, trust me...seen it happen. ;)

Yep...;) What year is your car and was it a turbo motor? (update your profile!) Are you using the harness & ECU that came in the car? Did you check the ECU plugs to make sure they are all in the right slots? We need detailed info on what was done and to what year/type motor.

Yea...grew up in Bama (B'ham). The humidity does suck. But I have to tell ya Jay, with all the pools and irrigation going on in the valley, the humidity has gone up quite a bit here. It's the monsoon now and its friggin killin me. Not like Bama, but at 112 it just doesn't matter ;)
