That Ultimate compound is very abrasive, use that too many times and you'll have no more paint. Try to start out with a compound that isn't as abrasive to see if that will give you the desired results and work your way up through the more aggressive compounds.
Were you able to notice the difference in power from the 6psi and stock exhaust to the new exhaust and higher boost? I know with my stock exhaust and this altitude I cant get it any higher than 6psi either.
Great build. It takes alot of dedication to do it right and to make sure your cars worth 600+ hp before just putting a monster motor in and hoping brakes and suspension hold up.

You could switch your hks with a known good ct26 just to rule your turbo out. If it were your rings your PCV system would probably be flooded with oil.

When you re torque back the individual bolt off and re torque it in sequence in tsrm. Dont loosen all your bolts at once and compromise the head gasket seal. Tighten to 90 ft/lbs.
