sure, the 2J has more aftermarket parts. but that was not the point of your arguement. You were implying 1J parts are hard to find and many have to be sourced from Japan which just isn't true. 2J has more aftermarket than a 7M as well.

it's never that easy. what cars can do and what driver's can make them do are always two different things. I'm sure you know that though.
just because EVOs have AWD doesn't mean they'll always run consistent 12s or wahtever it is with whatever mods. AWD doesn't make the car idiot proof.:)...

people have put 400hp through that thing. not that it wouldn't be a good idea to upgrade it at any time but you can make power through it.
and there was an easily noticeable difference between 10 and 14psi. All I had was a downpipe, exhaust, intake an a profec B II. stock IC
8psi is gay. at 8psi it probably still won't feel all that much faster than your NA. I remember when I had my 7M. It wasn't any fun until ~12 at least. before I pulled it, I was running ~14. never blew any HGs or nothin.
