    So about these GF threads........

WTF are we talking about in here? This is a thread about sharks, not whatever you guys are talking about... seriously, can we stay on topic?

Finally a reliable supra with CHEAP MODS

It would take quite a bit to mount it to be RWD in our cars, since most Honda motors spin the opposite way that Toyotas do.

Finally a reliable supra with CHEAP MODS

That pic is pretty old IIRC... I've seen it many times, I was hoping for something with a bit more awesomeness to it ;). BTW: Thread Moved :D

door molding idea--what do you think?

I think you should get the plastic 89+ trim and use it instead.

More pics of "Supra Goddess" and....

I disagree with that statement. Without the MKII, the MKIII may very well have been the MKI, while I understand what you're saying, I don't think just because you like one car means you have to like all the cars that simply had the same name but came before it. We've covered that in other posts...

    Removing AC

There is, which is why I said much less. Probably a fraction of a horsepower.

    Removing AC

Much less. The A/C compressor isn't being turned unless A/C is on. It just freewheels.

    type-r supra

I meant in Japan ;). I was talking about Japanese cars. :D drunk_medic, it's a 4.10 diff, not 4.11. ;), and yeah, the TT-R did have the Bilsteins, also, the JZA70's (not just the TT-R's) had a 4-channel ABS system like the 93-96 MKIV had. The MA70's had only a 3-channel ABS system, but from...

    type-r supra

The TT-R did come in automatic, the TT-R auto had the 3.91 Torsen diff, while the 5-speed had the 4.10 Torsen diff. Power for the TT-R was the same as the regular JZA70. The TT-R also had the momo steering wheel, shift knob, and the Recaro seats. I can't tell you exactly what colours came...

    Bumper conversion

I think on white cars I prefer the 89+ front end actually... but you should make the choice. :) I also like the GReddy GRacer bumper on white a LOT.

    Bumper conversion

I can't really make a judgement unless I know the colour of your car... Pre-89:

    Hiro spoiler opinion

I say don't listen to what we think, and do what you want... I can't stand it though, and it wouldn't ever be on my car. ;).

    How much power

Power is calculated based on torque, you can't put down more torque without putting down more power. If you put down less power, you put down less torque. Unless of course you mean by gearing, in which case you can have higher torque at the same power, but speed will be lower.

    name that engine!!!

Pretty sure the 2JZ-FSE is a direct-port injection DOHC engine with VVT-i, can't remember if it had VVTL-i or not... it's pretty recent... like 2000+ I think. Wanna say it came in the Crown, but I think it came in something else too...
