basically, the NA intake is at a loss for low end torque, so they separated it. at the higher rpms when it's able to make its power, then itll open up? that said, toyota designed the acis not for making extra power, but saving the original power. did i get all that right?

ok, so theres a theory. would it pull the torque curve down with it though? if i could get it to kick in at 3k-3500 rpm with the same amount of power at 4, id be a happy man.
