It's going to cost about $300 for the upper control arm with the ball joint from Toyota, I don't think anyone else really sells them, and Toyota doesn't sell it seperately. Check to make sure it's actually what you need, the upper ball joints very rarely fail.

The key to snow driving is tires. Plain and simple. Summer tires are a death trap. All-seasons aren't a good idea either. Snow tires or nothing.
