There is a local shop that sprays down intercoolers with rubbing alcohol between runs. It seems to eliminate heat soak.

Too much air being vented will increase your spool up between shifts. If you do it, use properly sized BOVs.

I can vouch for what Jonoturbo says, we did it on my car (he did most of the work) and it came out great and looks super clean without the harness in the engine bay.

Depends on condition, location and power. If my project ever becomes "done", and if I were to be selling it, I would be looking for a bit more than that (different setups, and the car will have fresh paint). I would say that 6-7k would be a decent sale, dependent on the quality of work and parts.

I have seen major problems with this before. Due to trackbite being so sticky, it tends to gum up the lines and nozzles very quickly. You need to frequently (after every use) run a solution through to clean it out. BTW, nice job on the writeup, I intend to do something similar with my car.
