If you had a BHG with hks metal and arp studs, you prob have a warped head or bad surfacing on head/block, you need them machined. You can get in the 13's with a ct, 11's will take a good bit of work, good luck with your project!

Word, its the flow and A/F, more than the psi.

If that stuff will soften up the viton, you can use a plastic razor blade or scraper on it, the bristle disc more leaves rubber on gasket than takes metal off, then carb cleaner cleaned the rubber off the gasket, I work at Toyota dealer, so I always use the rubber discs on the aluminum heads...

I used a 3m green rubber bristle disc on my die grinder IIRC. then cleaned it with carb cleaner spray, then soap and water, then copper spray.

I am on the 3rd round with this bead2.0 HKS, its been in 16 months this time, no problems, I use permatex copper gasket spray on it and between layers. Just get it real clean and coat it good , let it set up for a few b4 bolting down. Later.... Ken

Aaron, doesn't your WOT tracking work?? I can hold 11.5 pretty well at wot, and i'm having alot better luck with 4.63, made it tons better response wise from a stop. Write down all your settings and reflash 4.63 or 4.65, that gives you timing monitor and control also. I cant playback datalogging...

I didnt have much luck with the VPC. It feels stronger at 12psi now than it used to with 20. The head work is paying off now.
