If its .020 (.5mm)over now you will be fine going .040 over. Not .5(or 1/2" ) over.

Lex afm= 25% bigger than stock afm 500's= 25% bigger than 440's. Yes you need a a lex afm if your using 550's..Unless you go the speed density route.

Ground Contols are awesome coilovers especially when combined with koni yellows. The off the shelf spring rates for them are pretty soft for comfort but still kinda sporty. If you want better handling, get custom spring rates. But the rates you need are up to you.

Hondata has been making a spacer gasket for years for hondas. It goes between the head and IM(not between top and bottom IM sections) It does help keep the IM from getting so heat soaked but they have never claimed hp gains from it. If people were really buying this expecting to get a lot more...

Damn that sucks. I my GTE from Tiger and it was in excellent condition. I just got a gasket kit and timing belt kit and reaplaced it all(besides HG) and drove it. Oil was black as hell but it had good compression across the board.Has never skipped a beat and doesnt burn oil. I did blow the HG...
