    Cool/Rare parts thread?

Every second number is smaller, and it says "BL≠TZ" on it. That's damn close to stock? Haha. Jeff

    Cool/Rare parts thread?

The Blitz one is significantly different in the way it looks and does not look stock or match the other gauges, IMO. Also, there is no need to get these remade, I think K's still sells them if I'm not mistaken. You'd have to contact them. Still rare though. Jeff

    Cool/Rare parts thread?

Haven't seen too many of these, thanks to jdmma70 for identifying who makes it, it looks totally 100% stock (even inside). K's 300km/h speedometer I just installed in Stanzaspeed's car a few weeks ago: Jeff

Still wouldn't be the same horn button. (The TRD Nardi one is larger, has the line around the outside, and says "Nardi" on it). Jeff

Obsolete MKIII parts; are there any?...yet?

As far as I know the only difference is the headlight washers. There are a few different part numbers, a couple change up to others. That being said, they're all obsolete... Not sure what's different to the JDM one, but since you'll have to find a used one anyways, might as well find a JDM...

    Cool/Rare parts thread?

It was based on the Nardi Gara 3 Type 4. It's relatively rare, mainly hard to find in good condition. The Gara is pretty available, just not the TRD version any longer. Jeff

Yes, factory TEMS are still available, 48510-19185 for Front, and 48530-19136 for rear. Upper mounts are the same L+R. Jeff

Obsolete MKIII parts; are there any?...yet?

Start using the NAPO catalog, and not the "General" catalog, it will make your searching easier. ARL means Australia. ("General" is for everything that isn't Japan or North America). As for using the Champion "Catalog" to look up the parts, I've found it often incorrect and hard to use. Go by...

    Built in igniter coils?

That being said, from what I can see online, it seems that Denso 27301-3C000 coils may in fact by 2-wire coils, which would basically require the same wiring as a 2JZ-GTE without VVT-i setup, which would also be quite tricky. Jeff

    Built in igniter coils?

The 7M ECU uses a multiplexed wasted spark ignition setup (IGT = Trigger, IGF = Feedback, IGDa = Channel 1, IGDb = Channel 2). You need a combination of IGT, IGDa and IGDb in order to fire a coil. IGT and the following cause a coil to fire: IGDa Only = Fire Coil 1 IGDb Only = Fire Coil 2...
