I should have clarified. When you give someone rep, you raise their 'rep power' 4% of your 'rep power'. If you give some love right now, you'll raise their rep power by 21 points, again assuming my numbers are correct...

If I have my numbers right, you give 4% of what your homo points are. You should be dropping 20 points on whomever you give a + rep to.
